can also facilitate the provision of an Employee
Assistance Programme giving employees round
the clock telephone access to counsellors
and psychotherapists. Organisations can also
access other telephone support services such

Stress Management Programmes
Nexus Healthcare provides a range of stress
management tools designed to manage and minimise
workplace stress. These include an on-line
Stress Risk Assessment Tool designed to identify
measure and monitor the extent of stress in
the workplace, stress prevention workshops
and seminars, ad-hoc counselling sessions
and telephone access to confidential support
